Our comprehensive Property Management Service is designed to give you peace of mind and relieve you of the commitment of being a full-time landlord, which is why we look after around a number of properties on behalf of clients both in Auckland.
As part of our service, some of the things we offer you are:

- Reference and credit checks on all prospective tenants
- Rent collection (this is checked on a daily basis with a zero tolerance on arrears)

- Full detailed property inspection report

Casual Letting
Happy Rental Property Management offers casual letting services at affordable rates. Whether you are looking for a long term tenancy or short term, we are here to help you out.
As part of our service, some of the things we offer you are:
- Rental property appraisals
- TradeMe property listings
- Arranging property viewing to potential tenants
- Honest advice on property applications and process
- Complete a signed tenancy agreement
- Collect the move in costs (Bond, First weeks rent, letting fee)
- Complete a comprehensive “Application Forms” from tenant applicants so as to provide full tenant information
- contact the prospective referees and complete a comprehensive reference check of prospective tenant
- We complete a comprehensive “Tenancy Agreement”, either a periodic or fixed term and add in any additional legal conditions you may require, this can give landlords a strong position in the event of any tenancy issues.
In most cases, the houses that we have previously tenanted have been successfully filled within 1-2 weeks of the listing date. We encourage owners to meet suitable tenants before a tenancy agreement is completed. This ensures everyone is happy.Our Fee: We charge the tenants one week’s rent +GST for this service.
